From my 3-4 months experience the building is very good. I guess that they worked on their mistakes, as most of the problem people companies here Ive never seen during my stay. Both security are polite and helpful. I really pleased to see how often building has maintenance retouch and areas cleaning. I heard fire alarm only once or twice and its not that bad at all(I have an experience). Neighbors are nice as well. Ladies mostly. Rooms a bit small, but its problem if the area,not the building. Pool are well maintained. From my point if view I can truly recommend this building. -
