I live here for months. There is a construction of the Lagoon, however, its not loud, they start work around 9. So its not bothering. I live at the first floor, near gym and the pool. Sometimes i can here the elevator, however the rest is pretty fine. Im okey with the place. There is a tea shop nearby, laundry, a small carefour shop, coffeeshop. What i really like, its so calm here, the area is definitely for families and people, who loves silence 🤫 -
