I had a great stay at Citi-Home in Azizi Riviera 44! The location is excellent—right in the heart of Dubai, making it easy to reach all the major attractions. However, having a rental car is essential for getting around conveniently. The building’s parking is a must-use since street parking is quite limited, and while some drivers don’t always follow the assigned parking spots, I was still able to find a space without any issues.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. One small thing was that a hair dryer wasn’t initially available, but the host responded incredibly fast and provided one right away—great service! The area is newly developed, so there might be some dust outside, but that’s expected in a growing district.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Dubai. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s new location , for sure you will not find everything near but I feel in a few years will be one of the best communities here in Dubai.
