Relatively quiet and simple accommodation of medium sized apartments with a decent chiller.Resident parking can be a bit tight both in terms of bays and the ramps (you can see scrapes along the walls).The reception/management is reasonably friendly, and the common areas are serviced ok but could be improved.With the opening of the Al furjan Metro station close by, this location has also been made more convenient.

Living for 7 yrs in this building. Great location. Near to Metro. Building has a big play area, another play area for toddlers, walking distance from park, commercial area. Community events Diwali, holi, Ramadan are celebrates 👍🏻
