I dont understand the negative reviews here. The location is excellent and the view from the east side is priceless. You are right on the sea, the Sultans palace with its park is just 500 m away and you have a view of the Burj Al Arab. You can even see Burj Khalifa from here. The building is in excellent condition and the staff is very friendly. There is ample covered parking, a top equipped gym with a priceless view of Palm Jumeirah from the roof top floor, a perfectly tempered swimming pool and a beach club. The location is very central and it is still very quiet (top floor). I couldnt give a higher recommendation

The pool is beautiful, the water is warm, the children swam for an hour and a half. Very good!Watch the video to see which Beach is free (March 7).The water in the sea is clear from 9 to 12 am.If you go in the evening after 4 pm, the water goes away and becomes cloudy.We are doing well with the security guards and staff.There are yachts and noise, especially if loud companies pass by.ButThis is who is used to it.I live in Krakow and a tram rumbles under my house all the time. Im used to it.The yachts didnt bother me.But if you want to relax in silence, then this is not suitable for you.Look at the view from the window! This is just wonderful!We had a wonderful holiday and are happy with everythingThere is also a supermarket in the house itself. This is a huge plus.I recommend seafood, they are very inexpensive.And they sell Belarusian cottage cheese, sour cream and Santa Bremor caviar👌
