    As a tenant, the building has good facilities. Maintenance work wasnt great at some points but it has been improving consistently.The main problem now is with parking. While I have 1 parking spot, Im unable to get another not to mention the price per year for an additional area (assuming theres availability) isnt appealing.

Maintenance wasn’t the best to start with but Jeny from the maintenance team is going door to door to check if any maintenance is required and is following up on the same, so that makes the experience much better.Overall, it’s a good building to live in with great amenities.

    Moved in a week back. Extremely happy with the convenient location, very centrally located and easy accessibility all around UAE. Mr. Natraj from Dar Al Mehairi Real Estate was cooperative throughout the process of booking to possession and even afterwards. It was scary to see some of the reviews however, it seems like the management is taking steps towards making sure proper care in terms of cleaning, security, pest control and overall services are being provided. The building has laundry, supermarkets, a garage, salon, coffee shop and even a veterinary clinic below which is super convenient and also a fantastic gym and pool on the roof.

    It is a great place with a very nice view. Recommended. I do also recommend that you come at a later time maybe 3-4 months from now because this place is still practically a construction zone. The elevators are safe, the sewage system is very clean and efficient and this place is by far the best for residency.
