    Located in the corner of the conjunction with the highway of Sheikh Zayed and Baghdad street, it is an excellent location for a high rise building to be placed in the Al Nadha area in Dubai. Close to the border of Sharjah, it is very convenient to travel to and from the area and gets easily accessible to all the major roads. Even though the E11 highway has salik that may be a concern for many, the roads avoiding salik is close by and parallel to it.
