    Mahesh has been really helpful. The apartment was left in pretty awful state by the previous occupants, and the renovation team left a mess too. The cooker and oven were left in a bad state.Mahesh has cleaned the apartment, restored the cooker and oven to as usable a state as possible. He’s accepted deliveries when I haven’t been around and looked to fix issues like lights not worked etc.He also got another resident who parked in my parking space to move his car.For the management company, I would advise that they review each apartment when a tenant leaves and makes sure that the apartment is in a good state. There are a number of things that should have been refreshed that haven’t been. All usable but they’ve been badly used.

    I’ve been a resident of Barsha Platinum since 2020 and, during my time here, have seen many housekeeping staff come and go. However, I wanted to take a moment to specifically commend Mahesh, who truly stands out.Mahesh consistently demonstrates a cheerful attitude and a willingness to assist. Regardless of when I see him, he is always engaged in maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Whether it’s the corridors, reception area, car park, or surrounding spaces, everything is kept impeccably clean at all times. His dedication is clearly reflected in the high standard of cleanliness throughout the building.Coming from a background in the hospitality industry myself, I can confidently say that Mahesh exemplifies top-notch work ethics and integrity. What’s even more impressive is that he works independently, with no apparent need for direct supervision, yet his work is always thorough and consistent.I believe Mahesh is an asset to your team, and SBK should be proud to have such a diligent individual working on the premises.

    Hi, barsha platinum building is very safe and secure building for residence..here the building is maintained by Mr.Mahesh. He is very polite and gentle in all ways in solving the building issues with smile and gratitude..His overwhelmed performance is highly appreciated. The building is well maintained with fragrance all over and kept clean in the reception and corridors as well..overall is a good building to stay with.
