I lived in this building for two years, this is a nice and quiet building that is well maintained and looked after by Ansari the watchman and the Menders maintenance team. Lalu the building manager is also very helpful with any concerns you have with the apartment and takes swift action to address them. One of the best buildings I’ve lived in.

Bashayer 3, Nad Al Hammar. I am staying here last one year, great building, ideal spot, excellent maintenance, great cleanliness, specially Mr Ansari, the watchman is very hard working. I have always seen him on his toes. And a very helpful person. I have stayed in so many places in Sharjah and Dubai, but the watchmen everywhere were so greedy. This guy, Mr Ansari, never asked for anything at all.. Keep it up Mr Ansari. I was looking for a proper home, and have changed so many.. but now I think I found it.. hope things remain the same way.. Thanks

Amazing modern apartment with great finishing quality. Those big windows always make the apartment very bright. Very quite around. Highly recommend!
