    Great central spot to adventure around Dubai as a whole without being overly stuck in the downtown region.Obviously gets busy traffic wise at certain times.Nice views of the marina and 15min walk to beach is also a bonus.

    Big appartments and good service. Very nice place to live. It has a pool and a gym and spectacular views. A taxi is always nearby and it is very well located at the Dubai Marina.

    One of the better buildings around Marina by Select Group - located next to Intercontinental Hotel. Walking distance down to JBR / The Beach and to the marina walk. Great large pool with playground for the children.

    Ive lived in Bay Central for 5 years. Fabulous pool, nice gym, close to JBR, but without the traffic hassle as its between 2 bridges. Security staff are lovely, building is well maintained, residents have a community web portal to keep informed of any maintenance.

    I’ve booked an apartment on airbnbThe view from the balcony was good enough.the hotel is clean and it has a swimming pool in the second floor and a gym in the last floor (can’t remember if it was the last flor but it was 45th floor or something like that)You don’t need a car to get to the marina mall or you could just walk for 5-10 minutes to get to the JBR and the walk.

    We stayed for 4 days in this bldg. The facilities are all clean! But we didn’t get a chance to try the pool but Ms. Arianne assist us in every thing that we need especially all the guidelines for the tourist spots in the area. She’s very helpful during our stay. Even the staff in the reception is very accommodating. Hope our family come back and enjoy the view!

    I used to live there, it has very nice view from the balcony. The room was quiet even tho it’s located the center of JBR.There are many Small shops and cafes around the building so it’s very convenient . Many many nice restaurants around the building. You can’t enjoy Dubai fully :)

    I lived in this tower for 2 years. It includes 3 towers. Mine was west one which is residential. The tower security people were very positive and polite. Security measures are good. The lobby is smaller than expected, but location of the tower is very good. Easy access to Dubai Beach and Walk which are very attractive areas for restaurants and walking next to modern shops and beautiful sea. It is not very crowded so tower access is good from Marina area. To live in Dubai it is one of the best areas.

    Feb 18 - FEB 19 | 1 Bed 857 sq ft w/balcony, mid-floor facing JBR.There are two tiers of buildings in the Marina - the always too good to be true 60k two beds of this world and the higher-end towers that carry a premium price. Being on a budget = compromises, so some buildings have big apartments or are a great price but are old, or employ utterly unhelpful power-crazed security staff (still miss you guys, Time Place), or gyms the size of a cupboard that have never been cleaned let alone maintained, bizarre-shaped swimming pools (who swims in a circle - or even weirder in a country that is hot or hotter all year, indoors?!?) or awful ventilation so the whole place smells of cooking. Etc etc and so on.In the end I went over my initial 75k budget (paid 84k in 4 cheques - or 80k in one cheque, prices still remain firm as of Feb 19). For the sake of saving 10k or so Im really glad I did though. In no particular order - build quality is excellent, never hear any neighbours, anywhere, ever; sure if I concentrate as I type this I can hear the occasional Mustang down below but thats it as the glass is double-glazed; water pressure is excellent with no temperature fluctuations, no issues with air-conditioning (apart from annual service), elevators always work are regularly maintained and are fast, gym although a little cramped due to all the equipment is spotless, the pool is fantastic especially for this area and you can see why a lot of people stay here on holiday. The inevitable fire alarms go off in the corridors outside first and are swiftly investigated so you rarely have them in your actual apartment.Driving in / out is very easy. You filter to the right as you come across the bridge from SZR and the same again as you leave the building. Even though parking is over several floors (ours is way down on B4) its never been any kind of hassle to get in / out with plenty of room. There is a little guest parking outside (a rarity in Marina) and so long as you dont take the micky people can park there for up to a couple of hours without any issues. Thats because the security staff here are the best Ive encountered in Dubai - friendly, helpful, quick to move-on taxis and keep traffic in / out going, happy to assist moving in - basically how they should be - but what a difference it makes.Other bonuses - Marina Walk is directly outside where there are now two convenience supermarkets (Zoom deliver usually very quickly if you dont want to haul bottles of water). Beach is 10 minutes walk max. JBR 1 tram is opposite and the Intercontinental is part of the build so there are always lots of taxis parked right outside. You also get a residence discount of 15% in their bars / restaurants which as youd expect are very nice.Negatives? Very few except for the price. This apartment is the largest one-bed, if you use your eyes you will see the cheaper 1 beds in the building are pretty small and in my honest opinion might be too small for a couple; this one is the minimum wed be able to handle. There is a crossing to the tram as you turn right to leave and even if the traffic isnt moving, at rush hour numbskull pedestrians will press the button anyway and hold the whole marina up just to see their little green man while you watch forlornly the main junction 50 yards away turn to red again.So why are we leaving? We have a baby due any day and need a 2 bed, its that simple, and because the place is so good it must be one of the few buildings in Marina where rental prices have stayed firm. 2 beds are over 100k still, so sad to say we will be saying farewell from next year. If you are single and can stretch to 65k-ish take one of the small 1 beds or as a couple, split the difference on the extra 10k or so over market price, get a bigger size and spoil yourselves - you wont regret it.

    The west tower is located adjacent the Intercontinental. It’s in a perfect location on the marina opposite the Dubai Marina Mall and very close the beach, JBR, the Dubai Tram, Dubai Metro. Taxis are very easily found and often are right out front at all times of day and night. The building feels safe and reception staff were helpful.

    Great tower being an expert in building maintenance and facility management. I have serviced air conditioners and did check in check out inspections and repair works such as painting, cleaning, repair work for kitchen cabinets and other minor works.

    Bay Central building is perfectly located - On dubai Marina, next to the Intercontinental and on walking distance to JBR, beaches, Blabla, ... Direct access to Marina free bikes, tram stop in front of the door and Marina Mall view and 10 min access !

    The place is wonderful and completely new. The building has a Marina World Exit on the B3 floor, a swimming pool, a gym, and a view of the Marina World. It is very clean, and all services are available around it.The supermarket, restaurants, cafes and the promenade are all minutes away and you are there.Dubai Marina Mall is opposite it, about a quarter of an hour walk.It is very worth the experience 👌👌👌
