I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout my visit. Very nice place with good facilities and great location. I enjoyed staying there. Walked everyday to Burj Khalifa and to the metro station. It is more than 30 mins walking so if you do not like walking you can rent a car or take a taxi.

After living in Bayz on the 8th floor for almost three years with my family, I recently moved to my own villa. I can honestly say that my experience in this building has been fantastic. The security team is exceptional – always cooperative, helpful, and responsive, whether it’s the middle of the night or early in the morning. They are always there when you need them.The building management and all of their services have been top-notch. They maintain everything well, ensuring a smooth and comfortable living experience. One of the highlights of my apartment was the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa from my balcony, which I truly enjoyed.I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to live. It has been a wonderful home for my family, and I will always look back at my time here fondly.

Location is good. Clean and clear building. Good staff but services needs to be improved like fast and specially lifts that makes noise. I am living comfortably in Bays by Danube Property from last 1 month.

Great location! And next to the building there are all the necessary services as pharmacy, grocery store even barbershop and beauty salon. The only problem is that the pool is under construction and doesn’t work.

A Luxurious property with Studios, One-Two or Three bedroom apartments on Al Marasi Drive, Dubai. Located conveniently in Business Bay with easy access to the Downtown and many other prominent places in Dubai including Jumeirah Towers, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, City Walk, La Mer etc. The building is well made and some apartments have a view of Burj Khalifa or Canal.

We are living in Bayz by Danube and we have faced a lot of issues with maintenance,we have a horrible small from washroom.The construction made some mistakes while construction and the smell goes out from IC.the furniture is also not good,and the pool is off more than 2 month.Outside it seems very nice building but from inside a lot of issues.

Beautiful house, great fitness and swimming pool. Location-wise there is a shop, a pharmacy and a restaurant opposite. My apartment windows overlooked the Burj Khalifa side, so there was no noise, and it was great to enjoy the views! Security in the lobby 24 hours a day, no strangers will come in.
