I’ve spent two fantastic years in this duplex apartment and it’s been an absolute delight. The building’s quality is top-notch with a clean and luxurious environment. What really stands out is the concierge service, especially Mohamed Ishak. His friendliness and helpfulness have greatly enhanced my living experience. This place isn’t just a residence; it’s a warm and welcoming community. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quality living space.

After a long delay, things are finally looking up. Have moved near the property and the work is happening at great speed. Customer service has turned it around thanks to Paula and her team member Aroosa for responding and clarifying my doubts. Hopefully the handover and the property meets our expectations to keep this rating :)Leena and Wasim were great in making sure we were explained everythingUpdate: Still few delays and confusion with the handover. Hey guys, I completely understand your frustration due to the delays, however given the circumstances we have experienced in 2020, it is great to see the project is back on track. We have many satisfied customers who invested in Belgravia 1 & 2 and their rents and property prices have pretty much out performed the whole market. Amazing complex for couples, young families etc. Newly built, the facilities are great and location is favorable. I suspect might be a bit hard now to find a place here.
