The building its fantastic. Pool area look like a resort, club house and gym are also amazing. BUT, the wall are waaay to thin. I live in a studio and can hear the neighboor speaking at the phone or caughing which is annoying (not blaming the neighbour, not his fault).So maybe for the new constructions, ellington properties should consider the idea to make a bit thicker walls.

Amazing building, best quality apartments in JVC. Very calm and friendly environment. I love the common areas and wifi coverage in Club House and even at the pool. Kids play room is a huge bonus.

Huge delay as it should had been ready in 2020, but the flats have top quality in design, interiors and appliances; some imperfections to polish but the in-house handymen handle them quickly and with good results.Not Ellington fault, but JVC is still very underdeveloped in terms of services: theres barely a stripe of shops in every block of buildings as most buildings are residential only with no shops at the ground floor; shop stripes and parks are copy-paste with same shops and amenities like minimart, barber, few restaurants, ... you are 20 minutes of walk from the first Noon locker, shawarma place, pub/bar, popular brand supermarket (West Zone, Viva ... Nesto, Spinneys and Grandiose are too far by walk).

No complaints on the quality of the apartment so far. Common areas are amazing, pool, kids playground and club house look like they are in a five star hotel. Best building in JVC by far.
