Deyaar did a good job with Bellarose Tower and accessible to many attractions like MOE, Burj al arab, Jumerah beach, Miracle Garden and 15mins from Dubai mall/ burj khalifa. -

It’s a good building, with many pluses. But not perfect. It has good finishings and better quality of the fit out in comparison with other buildings.Ideal for residents, not for Airbnb’s.Part of Science park, not Arjan.Supermarket, salon, laundry soon and restaurants at the base of the building. My city Centre Al Barsha is nearby. Love the park behind the building. -

Awesome place to live in, I stayed there for a short period, but it was great. The district has multiple access points, not over crowded.The management and security are present and the overall building is well maintained. -

Swimming pool, gym, high-quality finishes, polite staff. Garbage can be thrown away in a special place on each floor. What could be better?I like the apartments. -

The building is very good and the services in it are very good, but the developer is bad. The garden behind the building should have been finished two years ago, but it has not been finished yet. The swimming pool is excellent, the lobby is beautiful, the gym is excellent. They have a roof, but so far they have not used it. -
