Possibly one of the developer’s finest buildings. The pool and gym are outstanding, and the building itself is quiet and peaceful. All essential services are conveniently located just below—supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, barber—and there’s a great selection of restaurants right behind the building. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning.The location is fantastic, with easy access in and out via Umm Suqeim Road, and Dubai Hills Mall is just a 5-minute drive away. I’m so glad I made the move from the hectic traffic of JVC to this calm and serene neighborhood.

Deyaar did a good job with Bellarose Tower and accessible to many attractions like MOE, Burj al arab, Jumerah beach, Miracle Garden and 15mins from Dubai mall/ burj khalifa.

It’s a good building, with many pluses. But not perfect. It has good finishings and better quality of the fit out in comparison with other buildings.Ideal for residents, not for Airbnb’s.Part of Science park, not Arjan.Supermarket, salon, laundry soon and restaurants at the base of the building. My city Centre Al Barsha is nearby. Love the park behind the building.

Awesome place to live in, I stayed there for a short period, but it was great. The district has multiple access points, not over crowded.The management and security are present and the overall building is well maintained.

Swimming pool, gym, quality finishing, polite staff. Garbage can be thrown away in a special place on each floor. What could be better?I like the apartments.

The building is very good and the services in it are very good, but the developer is bad. The garden behind the building should have been finished two years ago, but it hasn’t been finished yet. The pool is excellent, the lobby is beautiful, the gym is excellent. They have a rooftop, but they haven’t used it yet.
