    Very polite and efficient building staff who are always readily available to help. The team are always looking at ways to improve the building and facilities for residents and guests.Common areas are very clean and have a high end finish throughout with an amazing swimming pool and surrounding area.Love my stay there!

    I stayed in this building for short term and felt like never leaving. Everything from the lobby to lifts and amenities is top notch and maintained very well. The apartments are super bright and spacious too so our family of 3 had enough space to unwind.

    One of the best building in JVC. Pool, Jacuzzi and gym are perfect, top quality and well maintained. Security and management teams are helpful and very reactive. I strongly recommand !!

    The quality of the apartments is really luxurious with perfect amenities. Slow process in dealing with the complaints. But overall its good. Management is also supportive, they guide you in a proper way

    Very good building! With One of the biggest and most beautiful lobby I have seen. Chiller free. Nice infinity pool. Clean neat new low rise residential building in JVC.

    As an owner-resident for almost a year, I dont understand why some people have rated the building poorly, unless they are new to Dubai and have never lived anywhere else. Has had its share of issues, as all new buildings tend to have in the beginning, but on the whole, well maintained building which is contemporary in design, sober, yet elegant. A mix of studios, 1 bed, 2 bed, and 3 bed apartments skewing the residents towards the younger demographic: Mostly singles, but also couples and young families. JVC is a great neighborhood, with loads of parks and green spaces. Compared to other areas in Dubai great value for money. Only negative is that you really need a car to get round. There is a bus service available, but not really convenient.

    Nice building with the perfect amenities. Pool Jacuzzi and gym everything is perfect. Security team is really helpful and also the management team. Most important AC of Building is perfect.

    I have been living here for almost 1 year and I could not be happier with the building, the management and the security/reception staff!! I’ve had many friends move here on my recommendation- to which all I have had to do is message Yasir and ask for a unit, and he always arranges something. 5 stars all round! And thanks to Jude on security too!
