Bin Juma owners are very thoughtful towards their tenants. They have a dedicated trolley common for the tenants to get grocery out of the car to particular flat. Very neat and clean lobby.I am only a visitor not a tenant. But being a tenant of another building I am making easy comparison.

One of 6 buildings located in Al Nahda 1, it is distinguished by its strategic and central location and proximity to the center of the Emirate of Dubai and the Emirate of Sharjah as well. The Greater Al Nahda area is divided into two parts, one in Dubai and the other half in Sharjah. Bin Juma Building 4 is located in Nahda, Dubai, close to one of the pedestrian entrances to the Emirate of Sharjah, at an entrance that opens onto Sahara Mall, which is one of the most famous malls in Sharjah.The building is distinguished by the availability of internal parking lots for the housing, the presence of 3 large signs to go up to the floors, provides security at the building’s reception, and provides outlets for throwing garbage in the housing on each floor. Its apartments are spacious, comfortable and have balconies. The only drawback of one-bedroom apartments with a living room is that there is one shared bathroom for the room and the living room, which is located outside the bedroom.There is an advantage to the building in that it opens onto a large square from which the residents of the area benefit from exercising, and it is also near a mosque, gyms, and a group of other services.
