    This building is located just besides Marriott Al Jaddaf, Brand new Apartments.Very close to Dubai Mall and Karama.Construction quality is Superb. Binghatti is famous for Large Balconies and amenities.Large Pool with Paddle pool and fully equipped gymnasium.Rents are slightly less than the prevailing rates. The Developer is as well very experienced.

    A beautiful and comfortable residential tower and all services are available. The facilities are also more than excellent and the service company that supervises the cleaning of the building does its job well. Therefore, it is a place I recommend living in, whether daily, monthly or yearly.
