Some higher-floor units even have a glimpse of the Burj Khalifa.However, there have been some maintenance issues after the handover, including fire alarm malfunctions and water leakage in the parking area. While these might be initial settling problems, they were still an inconvenience for residents. Modern smart homes to live in JVC.One of the best location in JVC as its Next to Al Khail Entry/Exit.Huge swimming pools for adults and kids.Great quality by Binghatti!Amazing Gym with the latest equipment.Beautiful Marina skyline view for Al Khail side units.Great construction quality and amazing amenities.Hessa bridge completion in the next month or so will resolve the Hessa street traffic issue making JVC most desirable (and reasonably priced) area to live in Dubai.

Nice building with great amenities! Amazing location because it’s located just next to the entry Al Khail Road in maximum 20 minutes you can be in downtown Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Palm Jumeirah, Marina Beach, Bluewater beach. I believe this is one of the best and luxury apartments from Binghatti.

Brand new building, with beautiful gym and pool!The building maintenance take great cares of the building to keep it spotless. People living in the building are mainly European expats in their 30s, some young parents, and many pet lovers! On top of it we have an amazing view on the Marina skyline: Eye of Dubai, Royal Atlantis, Burj Al Arab.

I was contacting Binghatti customer service on all the way of construction process with several different questions and I ALWAYS got kind response via phone and web site contact form, where they gave me all the information, including handover terms. You just need to call them directly or fill out the contact form on the web site.Delay of handover is not the end of the world. Someone who buys property frequently knows that it’s something common. Someone who doesn’t like to wait, normally buys ready apartment.

This is our first buying a property in UAE, and Weve bought a property in this project. They said handover is Dec 2023, so waiting for 1 year =)) This is very fast for a 30-storey building with more than 600 apartments, so We expect that the quality will be exactly as stated and such quick handover would not affect the quality of work in any way.
