    Its a really nice place but the lobby staff is kinda mean and not welcoming.There is a break at the pool from 12 to 13.Nice garbage disposal

    LOCATION IS GREAT, building is very nice and modern. Only 10 minutes from the airport and even less to Dubai Mall. Nearest beach is about 15 minutes driving. All units are connected to smart system. For me great benefit is that rooms are cold even while AC is off. Great for owners to save some money with empower or for the people who are sensitive to AC.

    The off-plan project by Binghatti Properties is a masterpiece. It’s luxurious, close to Burj Khalifa, and managed by a highly professional team. Im extremely satisfied with my purchase and look forward to moving in.

    Positive: The location is amazing, 5 minutes everywhere in heart of Dubai. Everything is working perfectly. Maintenance answers calls regularly and attends as soon as possible. I appreciate the quality of the building.Negative: Despite I have paid full amount for the apartment 1 month ago, I didn’t receive my apartment yet!! @Binghatti encouraged me to pay the full amount earlier to receive the unit by 15th March 2023. Now it’s almost 15 days from the agreed date and I didn’t even get an appointment for the inspection!! I am really disappointed.Update-1: After 1 month and 15 days of complete Payment, Binghatti scheduled a date for inspection. The apartment finishing was a disappointment. The whole apartment require painting, the cooker fan fell apart, the kitchen cupboards finishing was bad, the doors were scratched and many more. They said they are going to fix it, let’s see!!Update-2: It has 3 weeks after the inspection, no one is answering my calls, no status updates and I didn’t receive my apartment yet. Such a disappointment!!My advice, don’t pay ahead. Let the developer finish all the work, then pay the final installment.
