Superb spacious, open kitchen comparatively bigger than most in the neighborhood, few apartments undoubtedly have huge open space for balcony. Based on your budget, you can look for your suitable place. Its worth a visit and definitely value for money! -

Use to leave there 2 years, 2018 -2019. Not bad. Good looking building, nice swimming pool and gym. Maintenance is ok. Office team quite supportive. I had 2 big balconies in 1bedroom apartment, that was the best thing about this building. Didnt like the price while renewing the contract. -

Very convenient exit without traffic jam to any high way as Al Ain Road, Academic city Road, Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Nice furnishing in the building. Nice maintanance. Covered parking which so rare to find in Silicon Oasis. Convenient location inside the community. -
