    I found the most recent development I visited to be incredibly stylish and modern. Beautiful views and plenty of natural light were provided by the huge glass windows and roomy balconies. Its the ideal place to unwind and take in the surroundings thanks to its welcoming and modern design.

    Been a tenant for the past 2 years.. haven’t faced any issues. The staff are always welcoming and helpful but the building manager is rude and unreasonable.First year the rent was increased 15%, how ever for the second year, the rental increase has been sent at 30% increase and when inquired why, they send property rent of other units in the building as SBk handles it.Maintenance work might be slow and typically no response from SBK when required. So if you get a good deal, you can stay for a year but don’t expect to stay longer as the rental is increased without proper understanding!!

    Binghatti gardens and binghatti residence both building management and owner also very helpful and they are treating the tenant peacefuly.BUT IN BOTH OF THIS BUILDINGDS HANDLING ONE CARETAKER HE IS THINKING HE IS THE OWNER OF THE BUILDING AND HE IS TREATING THE TENANTS AND STAFFS SO BADLY. I AM NOT MENTIONING HIS NAME BECAUSE HE ALSO HUMAN.MOST OF THE TENANTS ARE VACATED BECAUSE OF HIS CHARACTER .

    This is a building handled by a facility management company and I absolutely love the location !! Main point is we never had a maintenance issue which was not solved within a week depending on the severity . No nuisance neighbours and very clean building .
