Not sure why so many reviews, since its handover none of my tenants (I had two different tenants) complaint be anything about the building and they in fact want to renew the contract but I oppose it due to increasing service charges.

I recently moved into a new apartment, and I love how modern and sleek it is. The large balconies are a feature and a wonderful place to unwind. The quality of life is greatly improved by modern architecture. Undoubtedly, its a modern and chic location to live.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews… none of these things really apply.There was issues years ago but most have been resolved…True swimming pool is a little small but then you are not stayig here for the pool!It’s more than perfect for a small dip… for proper swimming pool … just go somewhere … it’s the location that Bonghatti gate!! So close to marina and all!!Anyways!!Enjoy your stay here!

This is an extremely well planned project and the quality is also top notch.Binghatti as a developer has done over 40+ projects in Dubai and the middle east and is also the recipient of several high profile awards and recognitions.The project is right at the entrance of JVC hence has great connectivity and road link.Amenity wise as well it is rather good with ample underground and multi level parking availability. Binghatti as a developer always delivers projects in time and quality is decent. The price is also reasonable.

A very beautiful location at the entrance to Al Khail Street. It is quiet and very suitable for families and children at reasonable prices.
