It is absolutely comfortable here, regardless of all the negative comments and reviews. Have been living here past 2 and a half years, the security and the management plays a very important role and so would like to highlight that every time you complain of something it has been solved asap. The security is always there to help you out also they are very vigilant. I live here with my brother who is physically challenged and uses wheelchair. I have always seen the security reaching out to him when he needs help.The building is managed well as they keep renovating and repairing any damage.Many times I have seen them cleaning the entire parking.Have seen in the reviews where people kept complaining about a lot of things however you have to bare in mind every building and the management has it’s own rules. Yes it is pet friendly but that does not mean your pet can bark the entire night and you leave them in the balcony and expect nobody to complain just because the building is pet friendly. Talking about your issues to be sloved, again, mind it that your complaint goes to your landlord and then to the management hence it takes time. For an owner living here it can be solve quicker then a tenant, but that is the same anywhere in dubai.Talking about construction, the entire Dubai is constructing something or the other. No building in Dubai is gonna guarantee you that there won’t be any construction next to it.The most amazingly thing about this building is that you can watch burj khalifa fire works during new years, if your apartment is facing the skyline view if not the swimming pool area has a burj view.

This building is in central Dubai, near Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa area. Nice quality built and given atttention to detail. What I love most about the building is its attractive design in white and orange paint, it is easily noticeable. Binghatti developers have done a good job.
