I think this is a beautiful complex, nice sleek apartment with 24 hour security. 2 swimming pools, gym and private parking in the garage. Yes, construction is going on everywhere in Dubai, you dont pay for a detached villa, I think this is a perfect place for starters, with nice people from mostly Europe. A small supermarket is a 5-minute walk away and if you want to go to the city you are immediately at the motorway . Security guys are super helpful so what more could you want.
