Ive been living in this house for about a year, I like everything. calm and quiet place. 2 small parks with kid playground nearby and 1 large park 8 minutes away. Its a 15-minute walk to the Circle mall, but only 5 by car.

Binghati Mirage JVC is wonderful addition to Binghati Group. Project is handed over even before scheduled time. Maintenance is excellent. Gym and swimming pool is spacious. Approach is very easy from E311 n E44.Mr Mahmoud Building In charge is particularly needs applaud due to his tremendous efforts keeping property worth Living!!!

Been living here for 2 years, it’s a great building and all, but fire alarm goes off everyday, got stuck in the elevator 2 times,paying 100 aed just for the carwash to not wash the car, gym has a small area and this is one of the oldest binghatti buildings in jvc, and when I want to sell my house, no one wants it and aims for Binghatti nova,heights,corner,amber and Luna. So basically this place is kinda worth nothing… it may be cheaper than other buildings,but not worth it

Brand new building with high quality materials beside its suitable rent prices. Also its located in a good area in JVC. Building Manager Mr.Mahmoud is also so much helpful and resposible there.

Love this place! It’s nice and clean, very convenient location, easy commute to the business bay and Dubai Marina, 10 min from the beach. The pool and gym are great! Quiet and peaceful.
