Binghatti Orchid is a well-designed, modern residential building with great attention to detail. The apartments are spacious, bright, and come with high-quality finishes. The balconies offer nice views, and the overall layout is smart and functional.The building offers solid amenities like a gym, swimming pool, covered parking, and 24/7 security. The maintenance team is responsive, and the common areas are always clean and well-kept.Its a great option for families or professionals looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to live. Definitely one of the better Binghatti projects in terms of design and quality.

Great building. It stands out as a landmark at the entrance of JVC. Binghatti has definitely left its footprint, with this one and the other building on the other side of the street. The lights look great at night - good thing that they close them at 11PM though (else it would have been just a waste of energy). Low rise building, so therere no long waiting times at the lifts. And the pool is long and large, just the right size for this building capacity. Great reception hall and desk. Feels luxurious, for a tourist or even for family living! The flat Ive been in has modern and refined equipment. Like the feeling of new and modern.
