Recently moved here in Binghati Sapphire bldg, which has pretty decent area and the apartment is neat and clean, good security control system, easy access to supermarkets and saloons.Banke International Properties supervisor is really helpfull in his approach and manner for any requirement. The bldg management company support in whole process is really appreciable. We really thank them for all their efforts and help. Highly recommended.

This brand new residential building called Binghatti Sapphire located in Dubai silicon Oasis is just great. Units are very spacious and building amenities are superb. Rental price is very reasonable. Location is perfect as it is located just beside Carrefour. This is your home away from home
