Modern building clean and well maintained, security team 24/7, bus stop under the building, facing Silicon Central Mall and just next to Viva Supermarket. Direct exit to Al Ain road. Pool gym and remote parking. Close to all delivery restaurants. -

I was astounded by the apartments well-considered design as soon as I walked in. The living area is comfortable but modern, and the kitchen is large and ideal for cooking. The whole area has a very modern, clean appearance. Im really excited to see the finished product! -

The building boasts not one, but two pools – one for the kids and another for the adults. Its a perfect setup for families and individuals alike, ensuring that everyone can enjoy a refreshing swim whenever they please. And to add to the luxury, they even have a Jacuzzi to unwind after a long day – talk about relaxation goals!The gym might not be huge, but its well-equipped and has everything you need to get your fitness game on. Its just the right size to cater to residents needs, and you can still break a sweat without having to wait in long lines for machines.Cleanliness is a big deal for me, and Binghatti Stars doesnt disappoint in that department. The building is always kept tidy and well-maintained, creating a pleasant living environment for everyone.Parking is often a concern in busy areas, but Binghatti Stars has got it all sorted. With a spacious parking area spread across three levels, you can easily find a spot for your vehicle without any hassle.The location couldnt be better! With plenty of shops right under the building and the Silicon Central Mall just across the street, you have access to all your shopping needs and more. Its super convenient and saves you a ton of time.I can wholeheartedly recommend Binghatti Stars to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped living space. Amazing new building in the best area of Silicon Oasis, in front the Silicon Central shopping mall.Big swimming pool and gym.Apartments are big with high-end finish, bright and with big balcony. -

I recently visited Binghatti Star, and it is magnificent! The architecture is quite distinctive, and the views from the apartments are magnificent. Definitely a place I would like to call home! -

Nice place for a small family to live in. It is located just the opposite of Lulu Hypermart and is very convenient to shop for your needs and groceries. There is a bus stop just about two minutes walk from the apartment. It is strategically located as there are cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. -

Excellent location, silicon Central Mall just across the road and some best of the restaurant around. Building maintenance is really good. Exit to SMBZ road a Minute away.. best schools clinics hospitals in the locality. 10/10 -
