This place has amazing amenities! The lobby looks sophisticated and has a warm, inviting vibe thanks to its warm color scheme. Its a wonderful spot to unwind or visit with nearby residents. The design is thoughtful and inviting without being extravagant, which is something I admire.

Binghatti Terraces offers a pleasant living experience with many positive attributes. The buildings design and amenities are noteworthy, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment for residents. However, there are a couple of notable drawbacks. The frequent triggering of the fire alarm disrupts the peace and can be quite bothersome. Additionally, the issue of residents dropping cigarette ash from their balconies, disturbing those living below, is a concern that impacts the overall quality of living in the community. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall appeal of Binghatti Terraces as a residential choice.
