I lived in this building for a year, and overall, it’s a very good place to live. While not everything is perfect, the pros definitely outweigh the cons.Pros:Excellent building management: Pest control, elevator maintenance, and other upkeep tasks are done regularly. You’ll always be notified about maintenance work in advance, and the building is exceptionally clean - I never saw a single cockroach, which is rare for buildings in Dubai. The management team is also very responsive to complaints.Great security staff: The entire security team is welcoming, responsive, and polite.Proper insulation: You only need to use the AC during the summer months. The rest of the year, the apartments stay quite cool.Cons:Nearby construction: There are two construction sites nearby, causing balconies to be constantly covered in dust and dirt, to the point where you barely can see through the balcony glass.Maintenance issues: Despite being a new building, things broke. I had major AC issues that required two teams and four days to fix. The AC control panel also stopped working due to what seemed like faulty wiring.Poor shower drainage: The shower drain is too small and the water can’t drain fast enough so it ends up overflowing.But despite these drawbacks, my overall experience was great, and I would definitely recommend this building to others.

I was here for a year, overall pleasant experience and no major concerns. Building could have done with having a sign of the name of the building as cab drivers tend to drive right past it. There is lot of construction in the area but that’s what you get for living in JVC. There is no visitor parking and the tenant parking feels narrow by Dubai standards. Pool is nice, apartments are well sized but seems to be missing some pretty basic additions like not having a peephole on the door, and not enough power outlets.

This project one of the newest offering in around JVC , with larger unit size compared to whats on offer around this locality. With convenience of having entry to the highway very near by. The cherry on the top is the lounge area on the terrace floor allowing to to work and meeting your clients or friends in the comfort of your home . With gym and swimming pool with a view its just a blessing in disguise. Over construction quality is much better than other developers and it seems to be one of a kind property.

Purchased and currently live in the building. Honestly speaking it’s one of the better buildings in jvc with great access to the main roads and the mall is a 5 min walk which is really handy too.
