We have been renting an apartment in this building for several months now. It’s clean, the house is quiet, there are no cockroaches (which is important, since there is a garbage disposal in the house). Very friendly staff who are always ready to help.The apartments are large, with good furniture.10 minutes walk from Emirates Towers metro station. There is a supermarket on the next street.The downside is that there is a construction site nearby, but we are already used to it :) And the pool is not heated in winter.
