I stayed in this tower during my holidayLocation is very convenient to go aroundThe beach is 5minute walkJbr walk is very enjoyableThe swimming pool and GYM in the tower is excellent.Reciption are very friendlyLots of international restaurants and 5star hotels near byTwo big super markets in the next towers and medium one at the ground floor of Botanica tower

Select Group is known for developing top quality towers. One of them is Botanica tower. Great maintenance ,Central location just a stone throw from JBR beach which I was blessed to go to the beach every day.Majority of the apartments have great view such as sea,marina or Dubai Harbour.Amazing and helpful building management.My experience living in this tower as a tennat has been one of the best in dubai.Highly recommend!

Dubai Marina Specialist.Botanica is one of my Favorite Buldings.We have choise of Studio, 1 Br, 2 br and 5 Br penthouse and Duplex.I always have planty of apartment for sale and for rent.Will be happy to AssistAlex +971 55 66 21 503

Maintenance is good and the service is also great. I have been here for 6 months. The apartment is quite clean with sea view. Only drawback is the swimming which is a little small.

Amazing host, beautiful and super clean house, ideal location for public transportation and shopping in the midst of Marina. Superb neighborhood, just the perfect place and area for Dubai holiday
