It’s been 1 year 1 month staying in this building.And till now I m very happy n satisfied with the maintenance team. As they are quick. Whenever i made any maintenance request. They did respond quickly n came n fix the issue at the earliest.Rent has gone up I do agree as I wasn’t expecting a hike in just 1 year.For parking I never had any issue as I have a fixed parking spot allotted to me.Ther are some times bad smell in the corridors in passage near lift. Bcos some people staying in building doesn’t know the meaning of basic hygiene, they throw the garbage on floor in the garbage room.Keeping building clean is not just the maintenance team duty , it also applies to people staying in ther.Hygiene is very important.Thank youKeep up the good work.
