Great location, our host was very welcoming. Pool and gum included. But no luggage room - and they did not accept it for several hours in reception. If it has luggage room, free for guests or even for money - it would be perfect

The good thing about this place, its near to everything.Its near the dubai metro station, near to dubai mall and burj khalifa (just minutes walk away). And the room where stays, it has a beautiful view. You can see the downtown area from the window. And every, yiu have a free show of burj khalifas building.

Im owner of the 2 bedroom apartmentI really like the building and the effortThey are doing specially security people how they make sure if you live here or not and how they manage if people are sharing a studio for example with over load capacitySo they wont disturb other neighbors and break the ruleBut my only concern is to open the main glass door in Ground floor so people have easiest access and safest than going from B1 and P1 since cars are coming in and out all the time

The tower is located in the heart of downtown. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall , Address, Fountains, Souq Al Bahar Mall & major restaurants & Bars all within 5-10mins walking distance.There is a carrefour supermarket, caribou coffee, pharmacy & few restaurants below the building.The facilities , cleanliness & security is very good in the building.One of the most spacious apartments compared to other similar in down town with very good layouts...the 2 bed i stay in is 1400 sqf.The Rent in this tower is friendly to pocket compared to other apartments in the downtown which are very very expensive.The building had few maintainance issues in the past like every tower, the good thing is these get sorted & attended to always and there are always improvements inside the tower.I would definitely keep staying here whether its for work or holidays this place is very convenient.

Best point for Al Nojoum tower is being at downtown, you can walk 5 minutes on foot, to reach dubai mall or fountains.Also a carrefour store is near that.
