We stayed at an Airbnb in this building, and the experience was fantastic! Everything was clean and convenient, with easy access to parking. Swimming pool , bbq , kids zone and other facilities are also available for people staying.The location was perfect—within walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Nearby, there are grocery stores, coffee cafes, and more, making it an ideal spot to stay while visiting Dubai. The apartment even offered a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa, adding to the experience.Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-situated place to stay in Dubai!

Burj Crown is a standout residential tower in Downtown Dubai, offering an unbeatable location just steps from the city’s most iconic attractions. The building is within walking distance to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Fountain, making it perfect for anyone who wants to be in the heart of the action. The convenience of having restaurants, shops, and entertainment right at your doorstep is a major plus.The top-floor views(43rd floor) are truly breathtaking, especially in the evenings. Residents and guests can enjoy the Dubai Fountain shows directly from the building, with performances happening twice every hour between 6:00 and 11:00 PM daily.... an experience❤️ that never gets old.! The floor-to-ceiling windows in many apartments make the most of these spectacular sights....Amenities at Burj Crown include a pool, gym, leisure deck, and children’s play area. While the pool and gym are of average size, they are well-maintained and provide a comfortable space for daily workouts or relaxation. The building also features a barbecue area and multipurpose hall, adding to the community feel...Parking, however, is a notable downside. The underground parking can be frustrating, especially during holidays when some tenants park recklessly, making it difficult to find a spot or navigate the garage. This is an area where the building management could improve.Security is present 24/7, but there is room for improvement in terms of proactivity and responsiveness. A more attentive security team would help enhance the overall living experience.In summary, Burj Crown excels in location, views, and access to Dubai’s best attractions. The amenities are decent, but parking and security could be better managed. If you value a prime address and stunning city views, this building is a solid choice.

Nice and Beautiful place to stay and their staff is very Approachable.There is a good amenities to offer like a pool for those who love to swim with a Barbecue Area and Gym area for those who love to exercise and of course a children park for the kids with a wonderful view at night of the Downtown of different shapes of Emaar Building and the famous iconic tower of Burj Khalifa.

I took an apartment with modern and beautiful design and furniture, very close to the Dubai Mall (fashion parking) and Burj Khalifa. You can walk 10 minutes under the tower. The right is a night restaurant from Lebanon and beautiful restaurants and cafes, and the left is wonderful Turkish and Moroccan cafes and restaurants.

A group of apartments for owners. I rented an apartment from the Airbnb application and I was very lucky because the apartment is very wonderful and its owner is interested in it. The type of experience depends on the owner of the apartment that you will rent it from. For myself, it was a wonderful experience and you can walk to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall in 10 minutes. I advise you to see the review. For the landlord, note: They take pictures of all residents’ IDs in the tower before arrival and after arrival

Everything in it is perfect except for the sink. The hand is full of water and does not leak out quickly. The reason they say is ruin in the hotel. I hope the management pays attention to the matter and looks into the plumbing of the washing machines, because the whole hotel complains about this thing. I met 3 people, all of whom had the same problem.

HelloTake it from me. If you are in Dubai, you will not get this apartment. In terms of location and cleanliness, it is very excellent. I strongly recommend it. The price is very good and it is close to Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.In short, you dont need a car and a headache. You can go to Burj Khalifa while the mall is walkableThere are clean restaurants around you and their food is amazingIn short, live in it with your eyes closedAnd your safety
