    I visited a friend who resides in the Burj Khalifa Residences, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary.Security is impressively tight, ensuring a safe and private environment for all residents and visitors. The amenities are impeccably maintained, reflecting the high standards one would expect from such an iconic location.Its truly a world-class living experience!

    The private Residents Lounge located on the 123rd floor of the Burj Khalifa offers a quiet, comfortable space for meetings, reading or simply taking in the awe-inspiring views.There is a complimentary espresso bar, two separate sitting areas with comfortable sofas and chairs, a book library and access to an outdoor terrace with climate controlled plunge pool.The vistas from the terrace floor offer unmatched views in Dubai. You can see as far as the Marina, World Islands and Burj Al Arab. There are a few sunbeds positioned in a private deck area. The pool is relatively small - but is a great way to chill out and cool off during the summer months. Access to the terrace is restricted during reports of high winds; however, on calmer days the breeze coming in from the sea is so refreshing and about 5 degrees cooler than the temperature on the ground.Entry is exclusive to residents and their guests - so best to ask a friend who lives there.

    Visited my family friends here. Beautiful building. The security is very tight as it should be. All the staff are very helpful. View were amazing.

    Living at the Burj Khalifa Residences is mostly a great experience. The facilities are excellent, the views are amazing, and the amenities are top-notch. The location is also very convenient, right in the heart of Dubai.However, there is one problem. The male concierge, security, and other representatives at the Burj Khalifa Residences do not provide the best service. Many of them do not seem willing to help residents. They often say not allowed or not possible to any request, even simple ones like giving access to the apartment or the Dubai Mall side.When they do help, they do it reluctantly and with an attitude that feels arrogant. This is disappointing, especially when compared to the high service standards at other Emaar properties.I hope the management will fix this issue, so the service at Burj Khalifa Residences can be as excellent as the rest of the living experience.

    Good Experience 👍Visited my friends apartment in Burj khalifa residence. Security was very good and supportive. Privacy is very good, you can go to the same floor of your flat through your access card and lift does not stop on other floor.Viewed Fountain show from the window of the flat, it was very amazing experience.👍

    Burj Khalifa is just an amazing building! We went to see the fountains and in a way I was sad to see so few people there..but on the other hand it was SO nice to see it like this. It was so emotional to listen to the music (Celine Dionne and Andrea Bocelli; the Prayer!!), see the beautiful surrounding and view the dancing water..a full on delight of the senses and definitely should not be missed by anybody living or visiting Dubai!

    Experience of the lifetime. Had loads of fun at 124 & 125th floor. In fact, wanted to go higher, as its the tallest building of the world right now. But, it was a bit expensive for my pocket. We went up at 17:00 and stayed upto 20:00 hrs. Could see the daytime view from above and night too. Also, could see the sunset view from 125th floor. Very nice view. Must visit if you go to Dubai.

    Burj Khalifa forms a part of the new flagship development called Downtown Dubai, located at the First Interchange along Sheikh Zayed Road, in proximity to the main business district in Dubai. Developed by the leading developer Emaar Properties, the towers architecture and engineering were handled by Skid more, Owings and Merrill of Chicago. Samsung C&T of South Korea, who also built Taipei 101 and Personas Twin Towers, was the primary contractor of this project. The Belgian group Besix and UAEs Arabtec, were the major sub-contractors.

    The building nearby is of course large-scale. Respect to the Arabs. We visited the musical fountains in the evening, which were impressive only with the views around us, with the Burj Khalifa in the background.

    The view is amazing. The employees are always very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. In the Residence Lounge on the 123rd floor you can enjoy a wonderful and quiet atmosphere. The 24-hour shop in the lobby also offers room delivery. From Burj Khalifa there is direct access to the Dubai Mall. There is a 24/7 limousine service in front of the main entrance so that you dont miss the plane. The journey is therefore more pleasant than with taxis. I can only recommend the Residences at Burj Khalifa and it is definitely an unforgettable experience.

    A must visit place in DubaiI think you might be thinking about going to the observatory on the 148th floor on the 125th floor, but if you go, I recommend the 148th floor haha.You can use it without waiting, and drinks and refreshments are provided on the 148th floor, and a sofa is provided where you can relax.
