The studio room is a realistic livable size compare to other studios from other developers. Plus it’s not far from city. Comparing with studios 15-20mins around Downtown Dubai, definitely worth choosing to move here. -

Excellent service and great location! I would highly recommend this residential building an ideal place to live for families. The building is properly maintained.
