I am living in burj residence 1, JVC 5 years backThe building is well maintained and clean.Security and building team are very helpful and corporate, Praven, Masoum , and other team are great.Fire alarm before repeated alarm is happening but now i think it’s improved a lotOverall it is good snd clean place to live

Dear team Octopus,I would like to thank everyone for the wonderful and swift service done earlier. From the get go Gihan is very pleasant to speak with and very engaging. King and Harris came early and they were both prepared. Considering we are still in a pandemic situation they followed health and safety protocols without being told. Face masks worn, sanitized and they had shoe covers on for protection. Both are very professional and courteous. They left our unit very clean and no rubbish was left behind. Called again and Fritz was very accommodating and friendly in answering my other inquiry. Kudos team Octopus I will definitely recommend your company to family and friends.
