The special thing about this place is the view, provided you are on the 20th floor and above, and the girl they have named Sanda is a wonderful person, and I dont get discounts anywhere else, but the place doesnt have many advantages. Cleaning costs 200 dirhams, the smell of the corridor when you get out of the elevator is very bad, and the elevator is very slow, smoking is prohibited, even if you have a reserve for smokers, the neighbors will complain about you, parties, gatherings, and loud noise are prohibited after 10 at night, a useful place for families.
