My family & l stayed @ Burj Residences Tower 4 during our recent short holiday here at Dubai. The location is perfect, walking distance to Dubai Mall. The facilities are good & the staff is friendly. Maintenance needs to be improved tho as one bathroom does not have hot water & the sink at the master bedroom is stuck. Otherwise, we have enjoyed our stay here @ Dubai & will certainly make a return!

Apartments bedrooms, living hall, kitchen, and balcony are best and large enough. The location and balcony view is awesome, straight towards Burj Khalifa and the fountain. The apartment is clean and tidy. it is to close to Dubai Mall and easy accessible everywhere.

I found wonderful accommodation at an excellent price in this tower.Three bedrooms, an indoor sitting room, and a panoramic sitting area on the Khaliya Tower and the dancing fountains.There are two outdoor seating areas, one overlooking Burj Khalifa and the fountains, and one overlooking the rear towers.And a food pan.On the 25th floor.

We were lucky enough to stay on the 26th floor and it was the best view point. You can enjoy the Dubai scenery, Burj Khalifa, and even the fountain show from the comfort of your home. The fountain show was really beautiful when viewed from above. 6 people from 2 families stayed and there were 4 bathrooms so there was no inconvenience at all. There are two living rooms each with a TV, a microwave, induction stove, oven, and dishwasher, so it was great to cook simple meals, and there were plenty of dishes. There was a washing machine and dryer, so I was able to use it comfortably after visiting the water park. Please improve the fact that there was water and debris inside the washing machine. Its also nice that you can walk to Dubai Mall!!
