This place im lost for words ...if you love downtown and the burj ...if you want luxury and want comfort with class and the customer service is outstandung .Each room is decorated and cleaned to the best standards i have ever seen or experianced in Dubai.The host if i must mention Maiwish is a assett an exceptional business women .She was available from start to finish tailored the whole stay to mine and my childrens comfort ...The personal touches eith water snacks tea coffee snacks for chilildren.She went above and beyond..I was speechless.I have been to dubai several time stayed at top locations but what makes this different is the the host and the business Cat and Abi.They should win business award of the year .I cant thank you enough and my kids wont stop speaking about it.Each room has a view of Burj Khalifa...Fountins 2 balconies playstation board games ....wow wow wowThank you so so so much for the best stay ever.This experiance has taken my breath away will be recommending to all family and friends .Maiwish thank you for being the most exceptional host .This will never be forgotten..A dream come true experiance...

Amazing Stay with a Stunning View! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I recently stayed at this 2-bedroom apartment (Airbnb) overlooking the iconic Burj Khalifa, and it was a delightful experience!The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The two bedrooms were cozy and offered plenty of storage, perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was bright and airy, with large windows that framed the spectacular view of the Burj Khalifa. Watching the light shows at night right from the comfort of the apartment was an unforgettable highlight!The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it convenient for preparing meals. The location was also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping at Dubai Mall.The host was very attentive and ensured that everything was in order during my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, adding to the hassle-free experience.Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Dubai. Had an amazing experience at Burj Royale .The room was great and classy and the view made it even more relaxing. It was the 1 bed room so I had enough space to feel super comfortable. The staff thankfully helped me with all my needs .The best part was that Dubai mall was walking distance whenever i needed anything. Will surely come again on my next business trip.

Stayed here 2 weeks at a time - best location walking 8-10min to Chinatown at Dubai mall. Waitrose supermarket is right there . Morning swim is nice and cool in the shade from the sun and by evening the twinkling city lights is peaceful. Check in was super easy with the courteous concierge. Very pleasant stay and return each time !

They have sky swimming pools, nice and spacious parking ,good transportation with local and luxury taxis of any sort. They have nice gyms for both males and females with good instructors plus personal trainers. Its very near to dubai mall in just one minute walk with splendid views of dubai

Good quality build with great management. Podium facilities are top notch with a 20m pool looking at Burj Khalifa. Very pleasant landscaping with lots of frangipani trees with sweet smelling flowers. A real oasis 300m from Dubai Mall.

We stayed in an apartment here for a week and everything was perfect, the building is relatively new, the cleanliness is impeccable everywhere.The pool was superb, always clean, we had a lot of sun and peace. The gym is also appreciated.I would come back here anytime, you are close to the Dubai Mall and wonderful restaurants, but also a shop a few steps away. Also, from the top floor of the building you have a terrace with a perfect view of the Burj Khalifa.

I stayed at an Airbnb with my girlfriend and a friend. The price was more than half that of the Gevora Hotel, and the building is much nicer, more beautiful, and better located.The building is for residential use, so the reception desk only deals with the owner.

One of the best places Ive ever stayed. It has incredible views and well-maintained facilities.You can enjoy the Burj Khalifa shows from the comfort of your apartment.If you want to visit the rooftop, you must reserve it in advance.This has the advantage of maintaining privacy and peace of mind, and the disadvantage of not being able to go up whenever you want.Highly recommended!

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. It was a wonderful stay from the moment I arrived until the last day. The place has all the services and I liked the room spaces because I was staying with a large family. The view is beautiful of the Burj Khalifa fountain. There is also a fully equipped gym, a swimming club and a garden for barbecue and playing. I am very happy with the stay.

Our apartment was 4510, it was very nice, the building is wonderful, it has all the services, a swimming pool, a gym, beautiful outdoor seating, and an excellent location, 5 minutes from Dubai Mall, and there is a Carrefour, 2 minutes away on foot.

The place is very nice and clean and the view is amazing, as if it were a work of art. The apartment overlooks the Burj Khalifa and the neighboring towers. It is close to Carrefour and Dubai Mall, a 5-minute walk. The location is great.

The balcony has a view, the room is fully equipped, and you can walk to the shopping center for shopping and sightseeing. The departure point of the city sightseeing bus is at the main entrance of Dubai Mall. Our reservation and check-in here are smooth. However, you only need to visit Dubai once, and there is no need to come again. The copper flavor is very strong! Of course, you can also meet kind people!

I love this place so much, I would never live anywhere else.But I have a small comment:There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, and this is the worst thing about the accommodation.However, it doesnt affect my staying there because it truly feels like youre in your own home.
