Ive lived in this building for 11 months, overall good infrastructure, kind staffwhat made me move out is the drastic change in price, i was renting monthly and it was 4150 which is a good price for such a studio. My agent came and said that from next month it would be 4700 which is also okay but a week after that the management of the building comes saying no its gonna be 5000 per month. Raising a price by 20% is insane.The apartment itself is good but theres a building being built so you have construction work and noise next to you at all times 24/7 almost.

I have stayed in many hotels but Burj Sabah is my best experience. It is so high quality and the rooms are pretty comfortable and best for the price range. I really liked the service, especially Muhammad Usman Khan, he is very nice and helpful, no matter what you need he is always there to help. I would like to recommend you to speak to him if you need someone. In general I have had the best experience and would recommend you too.

I have been comfortable these days in Dubai.Burj Sabah has a quiet, friendly and harmonious neighborhood. Surrounded by very well-kept and relaxing parks.Very close you have food stores, barbershops, spas. Convenient.The building has a swimming pool and gym open until 10pm.
