    The classic suite which is the cheapest one is quite enough for single or family travelers. Very big rooms with sitting area and bedroom separated. It has a big balcony and small kitchen with microwave, washing machine, tea and coffee making kettle. The kitchen also has plates, forks and knives for the in-house snacks.Very clean room and housekeeping works very good (thanks to Angela). I liked every part of the room. It has also a very big bathroom. Comfortable beds and each room has a TV set.The hotel is on top of the shopping mall (Burjuman Mall). You won’t get bored. You can buy your food from the fast food restaurants as well as there is a supermarket (Carrefour) for your any need.The only thing I did not like very much is the variety of the breakfast which was served at the third floor of the hotel. It could be better.

    Check in/out was smooth and quick. The hotel apartment concept with washing machine and dryer help me a lot when i travel light. The location of the hotel is excellent with direct access to Burjuman Mall at Level 3 and walking distance to metro station via the mall. It helps much during summer season where you dont get sweat. The swimming pool is family friendly with less than 1mtr depth. All staff an helpful and polite. The hotel also comply with the Covid19 guidelines so you will feel safe during your stay.

    It was my 1st experience to book a hotel apartment online out of my country. But I should admit that I will never forget the stay over here and probably in future if i visit again I sure will stay at this place. The room that I booked online to my surprise the day when i checked in they upgraded my room with no extra cost on 11th floor with a beautiful view and Panaromic windows around the living room. There is a kitchen in the room if u like to cook and washer dryer too.Its like home away from home.The service was par excellence. All the staff too. Worth paying for 10 day stay. Very convenient place for transportation facility.

    I loved the sitting room. I loved the bathroom. To be honest, there isnt much I didnt like about the place. The receptionist was cordial (even if she wasnt so warm) but thats no issue for me. I loved the kitchen. Everything was really nice. Add that to the fact that this place is directly attached to Burjuman Mall, and Im a happy camper

    This place was out of the world when I visited. Great vista; from the top floor, you can almost see the whole of Dubai. Great architecture and was affordable. It was a room having a bathroom/WC that can be accessed from two doors for visitors and the occupant in a way that one open door l9cks the other. It also has a kitchenette and living room together.Perfect space management without compromising comfort.

    We really enjoyed this hotel once again this year. This time it was 2 weeks stay and we loved it again. This hotel has got every facilities you need. And it’s so safe for families with children.     We had a decent stay here. Rooms were big since they are apartments. One cannot say that they were luxurious rooms as the the furniture was withering off there were stains on the walls and mirrors. The cleaning was not super great as you have to suoervise the cleaners to clean as per your needs. If you want a big property then you can go for it

    We had a very good experience. Staff are accommodating and helpful. Their classic studio is very spacious. The only thing we noticed was the smell of the room when we enter, it doesn’t smell freshly cleaned.Breakfast is surprisingly good. they have vast choices from arabic to continental to mediterranean. the only minus points were the eggs both on our shakshuka and eggs bennie - both are overcooked. additional point for us are the variety and quality of coffee. Not acidic at all.Service: quite slow but fully understandable considering breakfast are buffet and they are serving food instead of self service because buffet tables were closed to ensure guests safety.

    What a lovely place!Absolutely fantastic apartments - l wouldnt hesitate in staying there again. Rooms are spacious, comfortable comes with balcony and everything that needs to be in a hotel rooms with lots of working space. The hotel is connected with Burjaman Shopping mall, surrounded by loads of eating places also the Dubai Metro station is 5 min walk away.Valet parking takes 10 to 15 min.

    Its a nice place to stay, large space available to stay and is value for money as compared to hotels nearby. The location is wonderful as it is close to bundle of restaurants and internally connected to Burjuman centre. Metro is also walking distance away. The staff is helpful. Shaving and dental kit need to ordered by calling the house keeping which is a bit of inconveneince.

    Excellent hotel with all amenities one can ask for. have a swimming pool as well as bath tub in the bathroom apart from that all amenities like Kitchen with induction, microwave,fridge extra available. Very nice property particularly from children point of view. you can use the kitchen for preparing the dishes as per your local cuisine for your children. I was travelling with an infant so was great to stay at this property which is interconnected from level 3 to carrfour supermarket. This is the pickup point for all major attractions in Dubai. The rooms are clean and staff is very courteous. Recommended for all Indians travelling to Dubai.

    It is not the most luxurious, it is very comfortable though. And love the location. It has a mall connected to it. You have everything you need and lots of local stores across the street. Groceries, Versace, cigars, cinema, food court. It is not Dubai mall, but it is still a very nice convenience to have. Beach is 15 minutes away. Dubai mall is 15 minutes away. Just an awesome hotel with everything you need.

    Had a week in one of their appartment rooms, spaces, nice view on 17th.The AC/fan is noisy, even on lowest speed. TV was small/ outdated and channels poor reception and limited. But you should not go to Dubai or hotel to watch tv.The hotel has splendid location and interconnects with the Mall the parking and close to the metro which can take you all along the new area and into Expo 2020. The other way you get to old Dubai and Deira.Small pool but good for a daily swim or play with the kids since it is shallow.The staff is friendly and helpfull as you may expect from a 4star hotel.I recommend this hotel if you want to do lots in Dubai with a small group of family friends to explore whole of Dubai.

    Amazing.Luxurious and you can even see the certificate.Staff friendly.3rd floor takes you to burjuman center.Pool is quiet.I took a deloux one bedroom and the size and the view and the decoration is wow.I wish only if the TV to be bigger in size.If your a tourist then this place will have an advantage as the metro is right next to you

    This place receives top marks for hospitality and location. Rooms were also very spacious and clean. If we ever come to Dubai, we will definitely be staying here. All the main south indian restaurants are 10-15 mins walking distance. Meena Bazar and Karama Centre can be reached either by 20 min walk or catch the train in one direction 1 stop for Meena Bazar or other direction one stop for Karama centre.Special mention to Asura for all our check in needs and recommendations on places.The staff at the hotel were very hospitable and deserve a separate mention Noor, Aslin, Yinka, Habib and Zein.

    We had a fantastic stay at Rotana Burjuman! The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the service was very good. The only thing is that the restaurant was not very spacious and the waiters could have been a little bit better organized. Still, breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it a lot. The location is excellent, centrally located but still quiet and with direct access to the mall Burjuman which offers lots of shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket etc. Very appreciated when travelling with young children in case you need to buy anything. We had a wonderful suite on the 22nd floor with a great view!The pool was great, specially for the kids because it was in the shade most of the day, so we were not exposed to the full sunshine all the time. I absolutely recommend this place and we cant wait to get back there again! Many thanks and best regards to all the employees, specially to Julie at the reception desk and Rohan the lifeguard at the pool! People like them made our stay even more enjoyable! Gracias! =)

    Excellent hotel for short of long term stay in Dubai, situated within Burjuman Mall and at walking distance from many famous restaurants. The rooms are big with kitchen and laundry facilities which is a big plus. The staff is extremely courteous and always eager to assist. Would definitely stay here again.

    Very quiet, hidden jewel in the real Dubai. If you want a great tan or stretch your plastic, then its way out from the Jumeirah Jane set and the Mandy marina set.Great rooms, with fantastic views over the creek. Real people once you step out, and great food.No alcohol supplied, but rock bottom is across the street, which is a classic Dubai pub, from the age when all one could see was the world trade centre when one stepped out!!

    Stayed here a few times now and it is just perfect for a stopover in Dubai. Good sized apartments with kitchen and washing machine. Outside pool with kid friendly pool attendant. Excellent breakfast buffet with friendly and helpful staff as well as a chef on hand to cook up an omlette just how you like it.     5 Stars like Burjuman Arjaan by Rotana hotel deserve more than 5 stars review. My family and I truely enjoyed every moment of our stay in their lovely suites and superb staffs. From the house keeping till the shift managers and special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim and Mrs. Mhy who made our stay a pleasant one and helped us to change our suits considering our family status. I 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

    Simply Superb Luxury in the heart of Dubais shopping capital. The apartment rooms are spacious with all amenities including kitchen, washing machine, ironing and bathroom with bath tub. Hotel is located within the famous Burjuman Mall which makes it even more great for shoppers and Meena Bazaar is a 5 minute drive. Also all popular Indian Restaurants are walkable distance.

    I stayed with my family in Burjaman Arjaan by Rotana in Dubai. The hotel staff were outstanding friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent and great variety Spacious & clean room .location wise its great. Everything is clean swimming pool and a fitness centre are excellent again staff are very polite. Everyone greeted you entering & leaving the hotel. I would likely stay here again. My overall stay were excellent from the room, food and staff. I would like to mentioned also Rayna Tours Travel Consultant Mr. Jaouad Chnioual in Dubai Hotel Burjaman ArJaman By Roata we experienced a high level of customer service during our stay and tour arrangement with very good pricing. everything done so perfectly that it was a pleasure to have leisure with convenience.
