    I lived in OBS Building for two years and had a really good experience. The place is clean, maintenance is solid and always handled things quickly, never had to chase anyone.Tasneem, the building manager, is amazing. Super helpful, kind, and always made sure things were sorted without delays. Even when I was moving out, she made the process really smooth and stress free, she genuinely cares about the tenants and tries her best to keep people happy and comfortable in the building.Also have to mention the security team, always respectful and friendly. Musa especially stands out, such a kind and welcoming person, always had a smile on his face and happy to help.If I ever get the chance, I’d definitely love to come back and live there again.

    I moved to OBS since 2021 and I am renewing every year since this building is amazing. Great staff, the managers Marah and Khadijah are incredible people, super profesional and all the security guys are really nice. Me and my family enjoy living here. The proximity to the Carrefour and shops is a huge plus.

    By OBS Residence is by far the best residential building in Production City. Besides being a new building (less than 3 years), it has all major amenities required by standard. Maintenance is free (one could hardly find this elsewhere) and near to Carrefour Mall. The building policies enhances the neatness and tidiness of the corridor areas. Its just a place to live in

    Just moved in, brand new building. Clean and modern, also rent price is good! One owner building, so building is very well kept!Elsa and Ilham are the building managers, and are always there to help with whatever we need - plus the communication is great!Mohammed who does the maintenance is amazing too, any problems sorted straight away!Would recommend to anyone!     A brand new building, nice design and modern architecture. Great facilities, the pool and covered parking. Modern style rooms, enough to enjoy and relax with your family. Easy access to Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Rashed Road. City Centre Meiasam just 2 minutes away. Above all, wonderful and responsive management, from sales agent, Julia to Property Manager Elsa and Ilham who looks after all your maintenace needs.Highly recommended to family and friends.

    I have a friend that lives here and I must say, the apartments in this building have some of the nicest amenities and fittings. The apartments have a cozy layout with ample sunlight. The bathrooms have a minimalistic yet modern design. The gym, in comparison to most residential building gyms, is well maintained with the best equipment; furthermore the swimming pool is an added bonus, it’s perfectly large and temperature controlled. 10/10 👍🏼

    A very nice and new building... A great and professional management, special thanks to Ilham, Elsa, and all the wonderful team.The building is very near to City Centre Meaisem, the bus stop is very near too.The apartments inside are just great, so are the facilities and the covered parking... Highly recommended, as we enjoy living here!

    Absolutely love this facility! My apartment was in great shape when I received it, and I have never had any issues with it since. Overall, it’s a super clean and reliable apartment building with no bad odors or pests. Security is super friendly as well, and management is super helpful and responsive when you call.If you’re looking for a flat here, I highly recommend it.

    One of the best places in Dubai in terms of process and transparency of information beside having a great deal of money for value, i went their on a Fridays after noon , security was so nice and showed the vacant units, then he got me connected with sales executive officer same day, she managed to finalize all documents and process all formalities in one hour (they accepted first payment as credit card with no extra fees!!!) we paid all other expenses dewa, ac etcI really appreciate the collaboration of sale executive, we kept her after working hours she didnt complain or rush things at all, really appreciated.The atmosphere is amazing, tower is new and well maintained, u feel like hotel lounge near reception area with all seats well organized and clean and pleasant smell all over the place, this is magnificent.More over every thing is organized and managed from move in process to getting access cards, connecting Du, getting unit cleaned etcApt was in a very good condition (clean and paint was in mint condition) anyway OBS team schedule a cleaning round for the apt before move in.Believe it or not i am able to move in Saturday evening only one day getting all this done and ready is unbelievable yet it is happening!!!I have to mention before signing the papers sales executive walked us through all details and made it clear to us so we signed only after ensuring that we are 100% clear about t&cs, also she helped with dewa application registration process.The best thing for me apart from having nice place matching my needs is dealing with an agency having this level of professionalism and organization.Thanks OBS team for this experience keep it up.

    I shifted here 3 months back and this is most pleasant stay I have ever had. The management here is perfect. They are very warm and welcoming and always a call away if you face any kind of issues related to anything in the flat. It’s located in the heart of production city which makes it the easiest access to all facilities in and around the building.They have a nice pool area and a gym upstairs to workout and relax.The environment in and around the building is very peaceful which makes it the best one to stay in IMPZ

    Am a tenant of that building.. When I go through all of the comments how people the exuaggerte things.. Its the most secured place I have ever seen,always clean and the lady whos sitting in the lobby Ms.marah is always co operative and provide full support, I dont know how people can comment towards any staff.

    Moved in mid 2021 and experienced the highest level of hospitality and luxury. Carrefour is just one minute walk away .OBS staff experience is visible in well maintained building , active reception , well maintained and very cleaned amenities including pool, gym and kids play area . All time active customer helpdesk and personal involvement of Building manager Ms. Marah for all customer related queries and problem solving process . Love this place .

    I have been living here since a year and I have recently renewed for another year. It has been a good experience. The premise is new, good and well maintained.     I have been in Dubai for more than 10 years and I had moved between different buildings and towers but my current apartment at OBS building - Production City is totally different. It is near to ma’esim city center and very close to Al khail and Mohamad bin Zayed Roads. It’s a mixer of luxurious and the height levels of hospitality. All my respect to OBS management represented by Miss Marah Abu Daqa who is merging between professionalism and friendliness
