Love the building, the staff is friendly, the pool is a bit shallow, the gym a bit small, community areas are nice, in general the construction is fine and the price isnt high compared to other buildings in the area considering you get modern amenities. Also great location overall as its a 1 min walk to Circle Mall and also a bus stop. Would recommend it a lot to anyone looking to stay in the area long term. There have been noise complaints but I havent heard a single thing.

Beautiful building, located just 2 mins away walk from circle mall and masjid 🕌, family building and peaceful environment.

Brand new building which is 2 minutes away from Circle Mall and a minute away from the community park. Easy access to the highway.

Everything is great, BUT the pool 👎 is not very clean and warm, a little dirty and outdated, the gym is generally silent 😾
