The building is modern, high-quality, and truly luxurious. The entrance feels like that of a five-star hotel – elegant and welcoming. The pool and fitness areas are also excellent and perfectly complement the overall impression.There were some initial issues with the previous property management, but they have been fully resolved. The new property manager is dedicated, professional, and ensures everything runs smoothly.My apartment offers a stunning view – truly a highlight!

One of the best buildings in JVC! It is beautiful outside and inside, super clean and the staff are very kind and helpful! Near by parks and dog park! It has an amazing swimming pool, very long and has different depths for real swimmers and beginners, even a small pool for babies :) as well as indoor kids play area. Huge and well equipped gym. We really love it!

I live here for over a year now and I really love this building! My apartment has such beautiful view of the skyline of Dubai. I love watching the sunsets. Also this building has nice facilities, such as the swimming pool, fitness centre and a kids area. The security is great as well.

An amazing building! The entrance feels like that of a five-star hotel, elegant and welcoming. The layout is spacious and more functional compared to other buildings in JVC. The amenities are excellent, and the atmosphere among neighbors creates a truly pleasant and friendly environment.

I’ve been living in Catch Residences for over a year now, since the building was first handed over, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best towers in JVC.Yes, like many new buildings in Dubai, there were some issues with management at the beginning. But it’s only fair to point out that the management has since been replaced, and most of the initial problems have already been resolved or are actively being addressed.As someone who has been living in Dubai for almost 8 years, and specifically in JVC for nearly 5, I’ve visited and stayed in many buildings across the area. Catch Residences stands out, not just for its modern design, but also for the build quality, the spacious and stylish apartments, the well-equipped gym, and the beautiful pool area.No building is perfect here, but overall, Catch Residences offers a truly comfortable and enjoyable living experience...

I have lived in Dubai for a while now and I have stayed in JBR, sports city, motor city and Dubai hills. Now in JVCCatch Residence bi IGO is by far the best I have stayed at. The finishing, building quality and the amenities are all amazing. The community in the building is incredible.

Im about to move to this tower, among all buildings i saw in jvc (after almost 3 weeks of searching), this was the one i liked the most , pool looks amazing, spacious gym, clean building, with high quality finishes inside, i worked in construction and facade for almost 14 years so i can easily know the quality of building material & workmanship, i can say its a bldg with top quality material & high level of Engineering & touch ups , on top of that it is a smart-home bldg , area is nice also, no many running construction near unlike most of the areas in jvc.. Circle mall is so close as well.. reception area is clean and security team are nice and friendly. there are some few observations I had, for example the flats layouts are not the best, even the 800ft2 & 900ft2 units, it could be designed better. parking entry & exit is little difficult. and the roads! to enter the place from khail road you have to rotate around the whole circle of JV or enter from Hessa road where its always traffic, the same thing with exiting, to reach khail road you have again to do a full JV circle:D, its still a nice building to live in tho...
