The Previous Security Guard Nur Hasan Khan is very good person and friendly 👌

Khalid from the Maintenance team is very responsive whenever we need something. Hes polite and has willingness to help. The security guards Phosan and Noor are both approachable and accommodating. The building is vibrant and cozy, the facilities are incredible.However, the reason why we gave 4 stars is because the parking sensor going in & out is totally a headache. It takes a lot of time to make the card work and its really terrible specially if youre in a hurry. Plus the parking spaces are so narrow. First time that Ive seen a residential building with such a narrow parking like this. I hope these issues will be fixed soon.
