I had a pleasant experience throughout dealing with the management company, and they accommodated me to a reasonable degree. So far Ive found the building quality to be as per my expectations given the rent price point. The gym and pool are great. The apartment space and layouts are pretty good. All in all Im satisfied.

We have been living here for the past 4 years … the building is clean and security folks are stars … I have always received service as soon as requested .. I would add reasonable rental price compared to the zone .. in the HQ LAILA is always there to support on short notice

Much improved on the previous reviewers points…Replaced the old school with helpful and diligent security guards and handymen who are always friendly and available to assist.Car cleaning offered at reasonable price by external company.Corridor and rubbish clearance now regular, with any problems or clutter usually caused by residents too lazy to take trolleys back themselves (#Dubai)Yes it had its problems, but sorted the majority now 🙌🏻

I had a pleasant time having my renewal transaction with Ms Laila. Everything was explained genuinely from the payment procedure and contract terms. I see that she’s knowledgeable and well informed about the things related to her position. Take care of her as i see that she is an asset of company.

For all these people with these negative reviews i recommand taking apartment trough Leila very professional and everything went smooth. Luxury amnesties and very good location!
