    There are valet and other parking lot but these are not enough for the visitors and businesses owners. Management must think of it and try to provide the convenience facilities and services. Other things are okay prime location and easy access. Limousine can find easily. Next to main business hub Business Bay. Very nice and good neighborhood. Thank you for the great job.

    AVOID: Its a beautiful building with spectacular views but right now there are 8 buildings getting constructed around this building. So, even at night 2 am, theres EXTREME NOISE despite closing windows, everything. Intolerable amount of noise and air pollution. I havent sat on the balcony despite winter months due to this noise pollution. Youre living in a construction site by giving a 100K rent 😆.On top of it, traffic inside the building. If you have to be somewhere at 7, you have to leave the building at 4 PM to escape traffic within the building. Otherwise, youre stuck for 1+ hour inside the building.

    Very unprofessional approach by the lady whom I tried to inquire on call two days ago.I was in rush to get back to India thats why I called and the lady was Rude and dont have ethics to talk to client.I am against this kind of agencies who dont respect anyone because they are on call.

    Oh i visited this building. must be say this building has a strong security. may be it has 57 floor. 2 building one for office site and another for residents site. two site two security system. i invited you to visit this. you enjoyed this Area. so Again said you visit this building. and this is for 200 Word review.

    The building has very spacious apartments with good finishes, excellent view of the canal and the burj khalifa, it is pet friendly, the pool and the gym are good

    Its the best tower in Business bay. Churchill towers are two towers (one residential and the other offices) located at the southern part of business bay. No traffic issue.great amenities and views. The location is great as it is easy to get around Business Bay. The size of the apartment is large. Best place for offices Conveniently located and good unobstructed views of the city from higher floors. The gym and the pool are above average standards. Nice location in the heart of Dubais high-rises and within the vicinity of the Burj Khalifa.

    Amzing view the curved dubai canal with towers of building in the background makes it stunning to look at, Tallest Burj Khalifa looks visible Tallest than all towers, prime location, limited but free parking facility inside.

    I am a current tenant in the residential tower.Managament team is nice and helpful. I enjoy gym and swimming pool , it never gets too busy.It is well maintained, especially compared to other buildings in Dubai.Sometimes, it is difficult to describe how to find a residential drop off to the taxi driver.The location is iconic. It has a nice view and quite neighborhood.Direct connection to the canal is essential, there is a cycle route and a big open space to play with kids.

    A very tall iconic building, mainly commercial, located in business bay just near Millennium Atria. If you are using the metro. Stop at business bay metro Station and take a 19A or 14 bus and stop at XL tower bus station and walk for few minutes to the building.

    Churchill towers, are one of the best towers in busses bay, there is one for offices and one residential.-Apartments are big and spacious-Views of burj khalifa and burj l Arab.-I haven’t seen a pool in dubai bigger than the one they have.-The Gym is also big and spacious,-They have playing area for kids, basketball court, steamer, sauna, public bathroom and showers-It’s right on the canal-They have available parking for visitors, but sometimes the parkings are not enough, previously there were more parkings available.-The rent prices decreased now same as all buildings in UAE.-I have family living in this building and i am always here and around, I’ve never seen the building dirty or messy-Security guards are nice helpful
