I recently stayed at a converted one-bedroom apartment in Collective 2.0 Tower B, and it was an impressive experience overall. The owner has done an excellent job of transforming the space into a functional two-bedroom unit, maximizing comfort and utility. The laundry room was also creatively repurposed into a workspace, which was incredibly convenient for anyone balancing work and leisure during their stay.The major downside, however, is that the apartment has only one bathroom, which isn’t en-suite. There’s no additional powder room or a second full bathroom, which could be inconvenient for larger groups or families.On the plus side, the building’s amenities are outstanding. The swimming pool area is fantastic, with sun loungers, a kids pool, and a lifeguard ensuring safety. The gym is spacious and well-equipped, and the shared spaces include a library, mini cinema, indoor games, and numerous common areas for socializing or relaxing. The outdoor courtyard, barbecue area, kids’ play area, and recreation zone make it a versatile choice for all age groups.For anyone looking for a monthly holiday home in Dubai, Collective 2.0 Tower B is an excellent choice. The vibrant community feel, combined with top-notch amenities, makes it a great place to stay, especially for longer periods.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing life at Emaar Collective, and I must say, it’s an incredible place to live in.The facilities are super good, including multiple swimming pools and a fully equipped gym. One of the standout features is the spacious and beautifully designed lobby. Whether youre looking to relax in the theater, enjoy a quiet moment in the reading area, or hold a meeting, the lobby provides versatile spaces for every occasion.The residence itself is thoughtfully designed not overwhelming like large tower complexes where you can feel lost. Instead, it offers easy access in and out, along with ample and spacious parking, which is a huge plus for me. The presence of convenient stores adds a touch of convenience.

A new building with great ameneties , you can spend your day as a resident in the lobby benefiting for various options “library-kids playground-cinema-swimming pool etz..” and socializing with neighbors.Security system is restricted - i see it as a pro- .

Great building. Very well managed. Beautiful lobby area like a boutique hotel. Excellent apartment fitout, although a little on the small side. Overall a fantastic place to stay

Very cool complex! The lobby is incredibly beautiful! You won’t find this even in a super luxury! Although it looks like a modest building!
